My weight loss model feels that with intermittent fasting, a proper diet plan, and workouts, after 2 weeks you start feeling that you are losing weight. In four weeks, you will notice some difference in before and after. And in 8 weeks, you will hear about your progress from others.

How do I break my 18-hour fast?

Bethany’s weight loss diary says that she breaks her fast with the food which can keep her full at least for 3 or 4 hrs.

She breaks her fast with these food items-

  • Broccoli, bacon, and cheese omelet
  • Two scrambled eggs with cheese, 2 slices of bacon, and choc chip Kodiak cakes
